Hello, I am Marta - an expert in somatic self-leadership, emotional management and confident presence. My mission: to empower women in leadership without bending over backwards. With over 2,500 hours of therapy, coaching and leadership training, I have helped countless women gain inner security, present clearly and stay true to themselves in complex power structures.
My approach combines science with bodywork - true authority does not come from the head, it comes from within. I work internationally, in German and English, with companies and women in technology, banking and consulting - from Berlin to Zurich to Lisbon.
In addition to my work as an executive coach, I am a regular speaker, moderator and co-host, and host my own podcast, Somatic Lab. I have facilitated numerous workshops and events, inspired companies with interactive keynotes and supported leaders on high-profile panels.
