Who is this suitable for?

What is the difference compared to classic coaching?
Classic coaching often holds the space. I hold it and call out what I see – even the uncomfortable. Many describe the speed with which the actual point becomes clear. In addition, you receive a written summary after each session.
How quickly can I start?
With Executive Sparring, the first session is possible within 48 to 72 hours after the first conversation. With the corporate program, we start with a pilot session.
Do you only work with women?
No. Executive Sparring is for executives and founders – regardless of gender. Female Excellence is the specialized program for companies that want to systematically develop their female high potentials.
Does this also work remotely?
Yes. Many sparring sessions and parts of the programs are conducted entirely online. In-person attendance is possible, but not required.
How much does it cost?
We will clarify this in our first conversation. It depends on the specific moment and the scope of what you need.
