Hallo, ich bin Marta – Expertin für körperzentrierte Präsenz und authentische Wirkung. Mein Fokus: Menschen in herausfordernden beruflichen Positionen zeigen, wie sie die vergessene Dimension professioneller Stärke nutzen können – ihren Körper.
Mit über 2.500 Stunden in körpertherapeutischer klinischer Arbeit, strategischem Coaching und Leadership-Trainings habe ich zahlreiche Berufstätige dabei begleitet, innere Sicherheit zu gewinnen, klar aufzutreten und auch in komplexen Machtstrukturen bei sich zu bleiben.
Mein Ansatz verbindet Wissenschaft mit Körperarbeit – denn wahre Überzeugungskraft entsteht nicht im Kopf, sondern im Körper. Ich arbeite international, auf Deutsch und Englisch, mit Unternehmen und ambitionierten Berufstätigen in verschiedensten Branchen – von Berlin über Zürich bis Lissabon.
Neben meiner Arbeit als Führungskräfte-Trainerin stehe ich regelmäßig auf der Bühne als Speakerin, Moderatorin und Co-Moderatorin und hoste meinen eigenen Podcast, Somatic Lab. Ich habe zahlreiche Workshops und Events geleitet, Unternehmen in interaktiven Keynotes inspiriert und Führungskräfte in hochkarätigen Panels begleitet. Internationale Unternehmen wie Microsoft, Zalando, Ernst & Young, BCG Brighthouse, die WHU Business School und der Europäische Innovationsrat vertrauen auf meine Arbeit.
